2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 428 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366, 370, 373, 498, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 5 of Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused is that they tried to take a women forcibly for marriage but they were caught at the Station.

4. From the statement of the victim women, it appears that she had left her house and she was taken by the petitioner and other co-accused person to a room where the

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the fact of this case is that the friend of the petitioner was unmarried and he was looking for a bride. The lady willingly accompanied them but subsequently she has implicated the petitioner in this case.

6. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2023

7. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 428 of 2023.
