2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case upon continued monitoring of the investigation, the case has proceeded in right direction and now a Special Investigation Team (in short 'SIT') has been constituted.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he has instruction to withdraw this writ application with liberty to raise his grievance if the investigation does not proceed properly.

4. Learned AC to GP-5 for the State as well as learned counsel for the EOU have no objection to the withdrawal of the writ application with such liberty.
