The petitioners have moved this Court against the order dated 18.03.2017. They submit that their land in question
Patna High Court CWJC No.10331 of 2017(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/3 has been included in the list of land whose mutation is to be examined, therefore, this order should be quashed. It seems that the Courts are being unnecessarily burdened with these kind of litigations. Initially, an order was passed in public interest litigation in which there was a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioners in the public interest litigation. These days, people with ulterior motive have started moving against bonafide landholders challenging their longstanding Jamabandi. The Court cannot shut its eyes and start moving on these applications and order for initiation of a proceeding. If some person has any grievance, they will have to move the appropriate authority in accordance with law. If some members of political parties or some persons claiming to be members of the anti-corruption department are trying to disturb the peace of their area, the authorities should not entertain these kind of applications.
By the impugned order dated 18.03.2017, there is no direction against the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by any substantive order passed against them, then they will have all the rights to move a competent court but merely because the petitioners have some apprehension, this Court will not start hearing this kind of writ petition.
