1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-11.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Circle Officer Block- Bettiah, West Champaran to dispose of Mutation Case No. 1987/2023-24 filed on 19.07.2023 within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that Mutation Case No. 1987/2023-24 ought to have been decided by now, but then submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.16334 of 2024(2) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran to dispose of Mutation Case No. 1987/2023-24 within a time frame.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, BlockBettiah, West Champaran, Bihar to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 1987/2023-24 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the mutation case by now has not been disposed of.
