Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66663 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/3 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Both the above stated petitions have arisen out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 in which the above named petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence punishable registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Since, there is allegation of firing against petitioner, namely, Abhishek Yadav, in Cr. Misc. No. 66663/2019, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner, namely, Abhishek Yadav, in Cr. Misc. No. 66663/2019. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. So far as petitioners in Cr. Misc. No.

66692/2019 are concerned, no specific overt act has been attributed against them and they do not have any criminal instance, let above named petitioners namely, Rohit Kumar @ Rohit Yadav, Sunil Yadav @ Sunil Rai, Nand Kishore Yadav @ Nand Kishore Rai and Chanchal Kumar Mishra @ Vicky Kumar Mishra in Cr.
