The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 619 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused, Ramdas Mochi and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65040 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 619 of 2018.
