2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 126 ( 2 ), 127 ( 2 ), 103 (1) and 303 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely , Birendra Prasad alleged that on 21.06.2025 , when son of informant was on the way to Mahespur, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 5 unknown persons armed with various weapons surrounded informant and on the order of this

No.72271 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 petitioner, co-accused persons namely , Nitish Kumar, Dinesh Prasad, Brajesh Prasad and other unknown accused assaulted son of informant and took gold chain of Rs. 20,000/-. It is further alleged that on 26.06.2025 , son of informant died during treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons due to which son of informant died. Petitioner is only alleged to be order giver and there is absolutely no allegation of any overt act against her. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Hilsa, District- Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 407 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under
