Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged against unknown. The present first information report has been lodged after eight days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. The alleged recovery is not from this petitioner as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65408 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019.
