In this case, the petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 296 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, ten unknown persons came with revolver in the house of the Informant and asked the family members about Guddu, when the Informant came out, they tried to kill him but, by that time, the people of the village surrounded, the police was informed, two friends were arrested from their and the petitioners fled away.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43449 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 the case as also the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
