Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that he had married his daughter to petitioner about one and a half year before and after marriage she was being tortured by the petitioner and his family members for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. On 17.10.2018, he was informed that her daughter was killed by her in-laws. In postmortem report, the cause of death has been stated to be ligature and death due to strangulation.

As such, this court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite and
