The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.64 of 2019, giving rise to N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2019, registered under Sections 137 and 147 of the Indian Railway Act and 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner was apprehended on regular checking on station to prevent the crime and theft with the passengers and from possession of the petitioner, ATM Card of SBI and nine tablets of Ativan were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 27.05.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73036 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.64 of 2019, giving rise to N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2019.
