Considering the fact that petitioner has alternative statutory remedy by way of appeal before the State Appellate Authority, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today alongwith a copy of this order,
