The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the accused persons snatching the mobile of the informant jumped from the train and tried to fled away and in course of chasing, one person was arrested while other two persons managed to escape.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner had

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Sonpur, Saran in connection with Sonpur (Hajipur) Rail P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019.
