2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this present bail application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that the court below will consider the fact that it is the case of the petitioner that he has transferred the vehicle to one Rahul Kumar, the driver of the vehicle and certain documents were executed by the driver of the vehicle but he has knowingly not got the vehicle transferred and registered in his name and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent.
