The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 621 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is PDS dealer. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.08.2019.
