2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balaganj P.S. Case No. 703 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have raped the victim and made a video of the sexual act and thereafter, he is alleged to have made that video viral.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 24.7.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations against the petitioner is false and it was a case of consensual sex and learned counsel for the petitioner also denies the allegation of making the video viral.

6. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. If the trial is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
