2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 17.04.2023, all the accused persons named in the FIR along with the petitioners came at the farm of the informant and started abusing him. When he protested, the accused persons started assaulting him and his family members. The accused persons also tried to outrage the modesty of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73183 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 the informant's wife and sister-in-law. Further, they snatched a golden chain worth Rs. 80,000/-.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is case and counter case and in both cases, the matters have amicably been settled and compromised has taken place.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
