Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.08.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Supaul in NDPS Case No. 43/2023 arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 166/2024 dated 16.05.2024 for the offences punishable u/s 21(b), 22(b), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.
