2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Later under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim and have committed rape upon her.

4. The medical report also supports the prosecution case and the victim girl has also said in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that the petitioner has

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
