Petitioner seeks bail in connection with ballia P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35731 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016.
