2. The learned APP, at the outset, submits that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 54101 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 29.08.2024. As such, this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. It is also submitted that since 29.08.2024 till date, it appears that the petitioner is absconding.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned APP.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 77636 of 2024(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 APP, the Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application.
