JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they alongwith several other accused persons have blocked the road on the death of a boy. It is submitted that there is allegation against petitioner nos.1 & 2 of scuffle with the police party and petitioner no.3 has assaulted the police party.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no case under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out and the road was blocked by the people of the locality.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42652 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the bail application.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather they surrender and pray for regular bail which would be considered on the basis of materials available on record. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/-Amjad/- U T
