2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 26220 of 2024 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 03.04.2024.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 26220 of 2024 is restored to its original file.

4. Three weeks' further time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the Office in Cr. Misc. No. 26220 of 2024.
