JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR police intercepted some tractors and parked inside the campus of Police Station and from there two tractors were found to be missing and petitioner happens to be owner of one of the tractors.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case and the allegation appears to be improbable.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76646 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
