2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.821 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated merely because the scooty, wherefrom 30 litre of illicit liquor was recovered, was registered in the name of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, the co-accused Raja Kumar who was arrested, had taken the scooty of the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.73362 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act-I, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.821of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
