Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheikhpura (Hathiawan) P.S. case no. 197 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that daughter of the informant was kidnapped by this petitioner and other accused persons. The victim girl has been recovered and given her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition, wherein, she has levelled specific allegation against this petitioner of kidnapping her and also forcing her to marry as well as he confined her for several days.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43506 of 2018(3) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
