The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.312 of 2013 registered under Sections 365, 379 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S.
