The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 188, 153(A) and 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 53125 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65890 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.08.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, in connection with Dawath P.S.
