2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 452, 354 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Alipur P.S.Case No. 31 of 2023.

3.As per the allegation, the petitioner along with others, with an intention to outrage the modesty of the handicapped daughter-in-law of the informant, entered into his house. On alarm being raised, the accused persons ran away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and is a person of clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this cased and there is no allegation of

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S.Case No. 31 of 2003, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
