The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits both the parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that specific allegation is against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68824 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
