2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, stating that the order of this Court dated 17.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9888 of 2017, has already been complied with and a final order has already been passed. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

3. Considering the same, the present contempt application stands disposed of.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the order passed by the opposite party no. 3, before the competent court or forum.
