JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

Learned counsel appearing for the State with reference to paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit submits that the respondents are taking steps for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners. Paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit is as follows : "9 : That in view of the matter the petitioner will be

In view of the specific stand, the writ petition is disposed of on the undertaking of the respondents, contained in paragraph 9 quoted here-in-above.

In case the petitioners have any further grievance after the payment as assured in paragraph 9, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file representation before the respondent no. 5 to raise the grievance with regard to error in calculation or if the petitioners is not satisfied with the payment made by the respondents on account of the fact that any of the entitlement has not been addressed. In case any representation is filed within a period of one month from the date of payment, respondent no. 5 shall be under obligation to dispose of the representation in accordance with law within two months of filing representation and any further due is found to be given to the petitioners it shall be paid within a further period of two months from the date of such decision.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.
