Petitioner has taken loam from the Bank for the purposes of purchasing the vehicle He was regularly paying the installment of the loan but he could not pay some installments and on account of the same the vehicle has been lifted.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to approach before the Bank authority and if he deposits outstanding dues, in such circumstances, the Bank authority will consider for release of the vehicle, if already not sold in auction.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5189 of 2017 (3) dt.03-07-2017 With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
