2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 411, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some criminals were caught planning a loot. They have confessed that they were waiting for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2025. He further submits that the petitioner was not caught on the spot.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif/concerned Court below in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Warsaliganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
