This application has been filed for restoration of MJC No. 534 of 2012 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 10.05.2017, which was eventually complied on 17.05.2017 according to the petitioner.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the MJC No. 534 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 15.05.2017 has fully been complied on or before such date.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. As prayed, put up MJC No. 534 of 2012 on 9th August, 2017.
