The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 579 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a truck driver and on the date of occurrence he was on his duty. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.08.2018.

Case No. 579 of 2019.
