2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the criminals, showing fire arm have threatened the informant and looted Rs. 3,00,000/- from the informant and materials have come during investigation which indicates that the petitioner had participated in the crime.

5. The petitioner is also involved in another loot and he has also been identified in the T.I. Parade.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in day light loot, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
