2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 590 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Petitioners are in custody since 15.06.2024 having clean antecedent. Injuries are found to be simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75124 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
