JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR petitioner is said to have fired on the informant, causing injury to him on his wrist. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no repetition of firing and injury is not on the vital part of the body.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that petitioner is accused in two more cases.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70170 of 2019(4) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
