2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Halai P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 310(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the motorcycle and purse etc. from the informant. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired that the driving licence and Aadhar Card of the informant and the Aadhar Card of the friend of the informant were snatched away by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025. He further submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78802 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the petitioner was suffering from mental ailment and in support of that he has relied upon Annexure-2 which is the prescription of one Dr. M. K. Mishra.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. However, the petitioner may move application before the Court below for his appropriate treatment by a Specialist and if such application is filed the same shall be considered by the learned Court below in accordance with law. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikash/- U T
