Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is brother-in-law (Dewar of the deceased). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. He next submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with the family affairs of the couple.
