The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case due to dispute of taking contract of Bus Stand and on account of this, he has earlier been falsely implicated in another case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 24.06.2019.

No.65328 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawadah in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019.
