Case No. 12 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 356 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 34 of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the informant. Case is under Section 498A of IPC. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P. S. Case No. 12 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 356 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
