ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.200 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Suchit Mandal, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
