2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 310 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7 / 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. On a complaint, filed by one Md. Munazir, before the District Magistrate, Purnea against this petitioner, who is working as Executive Assistant at Anchal Office, with an allegation to demand money for issuance of residential certificate. Thereafter, the matter was inquired and it was found that 68 transactions has been done between 11.06.2025 to 16.07.2025 in bank account of this petitioner and other transaction has also been done in the bank account of wife of this petitioner. Further, Rs. 1400/- and 20 residential certificate form were also recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
