The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions mandamus to the respondent No. 4 (The Circle Officer (Phenahara, Motihari), to complain the order dated 5.3.2016 passed in Case No. 24/2015-16 by respondent No. 3 (Deputy Collector, Land Reforms (DCLR), Pakarideyal, Motihari, East Champaran and all the consequential benefit and/ or any relief reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled to facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the concerned Circle Officer, Phenahara, East Champaran, Motihari (i.e., the respondent No. 4 herein) by way of representations dated 27.06.2016 & 04.09.2024 seeking implementation of the orders of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Pakarideyal, East Champaran, Motihari passed in Case No. 24/2015-16 (Annexure-P/1). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 herein to consider the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
