The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26/37 "b" of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no incident of theft has been committed in the house of the informant rather a false case has been lodged by the informant against the petitioner in order to harass the petitioner due to local village politics. The petitioner is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
