2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 935 of 2023, arising out of Mushahari P.S. Case No. 226 of 2023, lodged on 04.08.2023, under Sections 323, 341, 306, 307, 452, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.04.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10750 of 2024, with liberty to renew his prayer for bail six months after the framing of charge. Counsel further submits that the charge in this case was framed on 08.01.2024, and six months have

Counsel also submits that on the previous occasion, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to call for the stage of the trial. Furthermore, Counsel submits that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 18.08.2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the stage of trial has been called for.

5. Learned Counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that trial has commenced after the framing of charge.

6. From the report dated 23.12.2024, it transpires to this Court that three witnesses have already been examined.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addtitonal Sessions Judge-X, Muzaffarpur in connection with S.T. No. 935 of 2023, arising out of Mushahari P.S. Case No. 226 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, is
