JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification in the name of the father of petitioner in the bail petition as well as in the impugned order of seeking bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's father name is Nandu Sahni, but in the bail petition, inadvertently, name was typed as Bindu Sahni, so, the petitioner may be permitted to correct the name of petitioner's father as Nandu Sahni in place of Bindu Sahni and further modification in impugned order giving bail to the petitioner and in support of the contention he has filed impugned order vide order dated 28.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36341 of 2018 by this court. Having considered the aforesaid facts, let the name of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43169 of 2018(2) dt.08-08-2018 2/2 the father of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 36341 of 2018, be correct as Nandu Sahni instead of Bindu Sahni and in the order dated 28.06.2018 petitioner's father name be read as Nandu Sahni in place of Bindu Sahni.
