Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 304 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and her neighbour with sharp cutting weapon, as a result of which, both of them sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched gold chain, ear-ring and Mangalsutra from informant's daughter and took away cash of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7011 of 2023(5) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 Rs.36,000/- from the Almirah of informant.

It is submitted that for the same occurrence three FIR's were lodged which is numbered as (i) Teghrha P.S. Case no 379 of 2021, (ii) in Teghra P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 and (iii) in Teghra P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021 against these petitioners. However, petitioners have already been granted bail by this Court in Teghra P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 vide order dated 17.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 6995 of 2023. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ld. C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No 379 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
